Applications and grantees in a register, not in the inbox

A foundation rarely has members but often has a list: scholarship holders, grantees, donors. Registra receives the applications, keeps the list and shows who changed what.

What you start with

When you create your organization you pick what kind it is, and that decides what is switched on from the start. Nothing is locked: tell us, and we switch on what is off.

  • Member registerAlways included

Search, filter and export. Every change is saved with who made it.

  • Applications and member portalAlways included

An application page on your address, and a page of their own where members renew and correct their details.

  • PermissionsAlways included

Administrators, people responsible for one part of the organization, and read-only access for an auditor or board.

  • Activity logAlways included

Who did what and when, even after the record is gone.

  • Fees through StripeOn

Free, a one-off fee or automatic renewal, paid into your own Stripe account.

  • Email campaignsOn

Email everyone or a selection, scheduled, with delivery shown per recipient.

  • AnalyticsOn

Growth, renewal rate, revenue and demographics, for the whole organization or one part.

  • ImportOn

Read in a spreadsheet and see what will be created before anything is written.

  • ProgrammesOff at start

Split the register into parts with their own leads and their own figures, and see everything together or one part at a time.

  • MUCF grant figuresOff at start

The figures for the Swedish state grant to children's and youth organizations, checked against the ordinance.

  • AI assistantAdd-on

Ask the register in plain language. It reads, and never changes anything.

Applications with your own questions

The application page sits on your address and asks what you need to know. The answers land in the register, not in an email someone has to copy out.

  • Add your own questions to the application, with the answers kept on the person.
  • Embed the application on the foundation's website or share it with a QR code.
  • The overview shows applications that are waiting.

A list that stands up to review

A foundation is reviewed by its auditor and sometimes by the county administrative board. Registra logs every change and gives the auditor read-only access without personal identity numbers.

  • The activity log shows who added, changed or removed what, even after the record is gone.
  • Read-only access for the auditor, who sees the list but cannot change it.
  • Export the list when the board or the auditor needs it.

Reach the grantees

Announce decisions, remind people to report back or invite them to the award, with emails to everyone or a selection.

  • Schedule emails and preview them on desktop and mobile.
  • See delivery per recipient afterwards.
  • Your own email templates, so the emails sound like the foundation.

Frequently asked questions

We have no members. Is Registra still a fit?

Yes. The register is a list of people with the details you need, and it makes no difference whether you call them members, scholarship holders or grantees. What only applies to associations, like the MUCF figures, is off at the start.

Does Registra pay out the grants?

No. Registra keeps the list and receives the applications; payouts are made as today, from the foundation's bank. If you need to charge for something, that goes through your own Stripe account.

Who sees the personal data?

The administrators you invite. Someone with read-only access does not see personal identity numbers, and the AI assistant, if you switch it on, never sees personal identity numbers or contact details.
